My ring was in desperate need of some TLC...a diamond was missing, it hadnt been cleaned/serviced in YEARS!! Allison went above and beyond to get my ring to sparkle like the day I got it. She took time to look up my care plan, stayed in touch with updates about work that needed to be done and any costs required.
