My husband and I took a watch in to Kay Jewelers in Northtown Mall on Wednesday, July 2nd at 1650pm. There is where we met Melvin and Jenny. My husband and I had a difficult time setting his watch, we had taken it to a different store where they weren’t able to set it. So, thanks to Melvin and Jenny they were so helpful and patient to provide us with a service no one else could!!
