We brought my necklace in to have the lobster clasp repaired. While no one is excited to hear, be didn't purchase The warranty on the chain, I did purchase a warranty for the pendant to the necklace. Xheni, pronounced Jenny, was professional and pointed out that one of the diamonds was loose on pendant, and it also needed repair. Xheni explained the process and what to expect, and even looked up items that I purchased back in 2008. She was amazing, and quite helpful.
