We officially have our rings! Getting married in 40 days and we are so thankful for the ladies at Kay in Muskogee! Kassandra and Amanda both made the process so easy and they both were patient with all our needs and wants!
I haven’t always had the best experience in jewelry stores but Kassandra Vaughn was so so helpful. We really had no idea what we wanted and she helped narrow it down, showcased every item beautifully, and knew her stuff on every piece we asked about. If you’re thinking about getting a new piece, she’s your gal.
Catie was a huge help in this journey for me and my fiancée. She helped me, who's indecisive as heck, find my dream ring. I'm so happy she was there to help and I'm for sure going back for her help with some other pieces that caught me eye.
Catie, the store manager was absolutely amazing to work with and made my experience super easy and fun. She looked at a photo of what I wanted and helped me build a ring even more stunning. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at Kay Jewelers in Muskogee. Catie Lee was our sales rep and she was amazing. She was completely knowledgeable about the merchandise in her store as well as online items. She did not discourage us from buying online, but she gave us endless options in the store and we custom built the one shown. She was thorough, thoughtful, and kind throughout the process, and I could not be happier with my new engagement ring.
