Very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Audra specifically worked directly with me alongside 2 of her co-workers and who assisted as well to make sure I was able to walk out a significantly happier customer than I was walking in.

I had the best experience with Kay's Jewlers thanks to Audra! I originally stopped in just to browse the tennis bracelets, and so many of them caught my eye. Audra made the whole experience fun, easy, and enjoyable. She was patient, helpful, and really knew her stuff. I ended up leaving happily with a beautiful bracelet and a necklace. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the service I received. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Poor review #2 I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had at Kay Jewelers today (around 11:00 AM–12:20 PM), and I will not be back. There were three employees working, and only a few customers in the store when I walked in. I stood in the middle of the store — clearly visible — and waited patiently for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Not even a “we’ll be with you shortly.” Nothing. I’d like to say thank you to Grace, Audra, and Khalil of Kay Jewelers of Oxford for their exemplary service. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to assist me with a variety of needs. I couldn’t recommend them any higher, so please stop by and give this store a chance.
