I took my husband's wedding band here and paid to have it repaired. When I picked it up I noticed that there was no longer engraving on its inside. I brought this to the sales clerk's attention, and she called the place it had been sent to. I was horrified when she told me that the original band could not be repaired so they had sent me a completely different one without telling me.
