We have bought thousands of dollars from this store. At one point I went to two other jewelers to get my diamond ring and diamond earrings that we purchased from them appraised. The $2,000 diamond my husband bought to to upgrade my engaged ring, WORTHLESS. My 1,000 diamond earrings, worthless. They say they will fix the problem, but after they wanted me to spend 165.00 for an out side appraisal, and then asked me to send them the information on my stones, I got this CRAP! Horrible store!!!!! Sales associate lied to make a sale and ruined our holiday. I will never ever go to Kay Jewelers again. Now I know why people call this company a Ghetto store!!!!!!!!!
