Bought 2 Christmas presents and had them gift wrapped. When my girlfriend opened them one was empty.

Worst cluster I've ever seen. Gone threw at least 4 store managers in the last year. Haven't fix any problems I've had just made them worse. Can't wait to be done w this horribly run company
