I've been a customer of Kays in Hanover Pa for many years and they way you have recently treated me as a customer I Will never go back. I now go to a small local jeweler where they treat people much better and their jewelry is much better quality.

Went to get a necklace fixed for the second time which was a stronger chain under warranty & had a diamond fall out of another pendant I received as a gift......The manager was very rude saying he couldn't so anything without paperwork. Then proceeded to tell me my boyfriend has a ton of purchases on his account (not saying he opened his card in 2002) I asked why the necklaces always break & he said you can't wear them all the time & if you wear it in the shower or to bed it's bound to break. Was in this store on Thursday 12-18 and stood for 1/2 hour while they stood behind the cash register checking some one out. It takes two people their to ring up the cash sale. There was one other girls working in the middle running out little pieces of paper and putting in a flyer. Ask if she could wait on me and her reply as soon as I'm done this. Then here machine ran out of paper and she continued on. the other two girls were still at the cash register and had made no attempt to look my way or say be right with you. Sorry... read more
