Wife and I came in to have her rings cleaned. The lady asked about the inspection and we told her it wasn’t due. We started to look at watches and a few moments later while She looking at the ring she said she couldn’t clean it and that she had to ship it out. My wife and I both looked at each other and then at her and she repeated that she had to “ship” it out to have a loose diamond repaired. Then tilted the ring to show us a loose diamond. If you're just buying jewelry this place will probably do fine. There's no jeweler at the store and a simple battery replacement can't be done without sending it out, with a two week turnaround.
