I got my engagement ring from her and I needed it to be resized. When I brought it in to be resized, they gave me an estimated date of when it would be done. I was running errands near the mall on the estimated date and I go up to the store and there is a sign that says ‘closed until further notice’. Paying twice to resize a ring that YOU incorrectly sized on me. Disgusting.
I made an online order on November 27th. I received an email on December 4th that my item had shipped to the store. I clicked the tracking number and it said that it was delivered to the store on December 4th. I called the store and they told me that I would get an email and a phone call when it came in and not to trust the shipping info. It's now 6 weeks since I placed my order and I've received no updates. I've tried calling the store several times and nobody ever answers. This location just lost a loyal customer! Thanks to your assistant manager tonight that refused to change a watch battery for a watch that was purchased at this store... warranty that was purchased at this store... and even brought the battery needed because a sales associate said you didn’t have any in stock last week! After several purchases over the years, will now look for another jewelry store!
