Don't waste your time at this location. I dropped off my Movado for a battery replacement, which they told me they had to ship off, which is normal, and they did a lot more than just the battery, without asking me, and charged me 145$. When I went over to Zales, they quoted me $20 for a battery repair. Even when I asked what I was being charged for, they could hardly tell me the price breakdown and compared a movado to a Mercedes Benz for repairs. RecommendedMy husband just bought me a real sparkler for my 60th wedding anniversary. The whole experience was really a pleasure. The salesman spent a long time as I had a hard time making up my mind between 3 rings. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I recommend Kay Jewelers highly!
