sandy was really nice. great customer service. my step daughter was wanting to break a ten and she didnt have the change, but she tried her hardest. if you're going there to purchase jewelry, I highly reccomend asking for sandy.

They did amazing with my rings!! Thanks for the repairs and design.
Overall stores are friendly but they recently sold off their accounts to another bank, and instead of reporting it as transferring to the credit bureau they reported all the accounts as closed. Making everyone's account lose the credit and sky rocketing all credit utilization scores highly impacting their overall score, screwing people out of upcoming home loans/ any other loan applications. They are refusing to help or reimburse for their insane screw up they will be effecting people for the next few months. Lost my trust w... read more
