Paying twice to resize a ring that YOU incorrectly sized on me. Disgusting.
I made an online order on November 27th. I received an email on December 4th that my item had shipped to the store. I clicked the tracking number and it said that it was delivered to the store on December 4th. I called the store and they told me that I would get an email and a phone call when it came in and not to trust the shipping info. It's now 6 weeks since I placed my order and I've received no updates. I've tried calling the store several times and nobody ever answers. * PLEASE SHARE * Today my family and I had an encounter with this store associate named Lita at Kay Jewelers in Spotsylvania Mall. There were a total of 3 ladies working there today. As the other two ladies were occupied helping other customers I noticed the associate Lita sitting at the jewelry counter looking at us but hesitant to help.
