Why has my diamond ring broken again?? Picked it up the day before Christmas wore it twice and the prong broke again? Really?? Very expensive 25 year old diamond ring! Come on guys. By the way it's a 5,000 dollar Diamond ring.
Well, when Theresa was manager let me tell you the service and atmosphere was completely different, the new manager is a different story, I have never experienced such bad service at kays in my life, I’m so disgusted and shocked at how rude and incompetent the new manager is, I repeated a a few times I just needed an inspection done, the attitude was horrendous, I had a few other rings that also just needed to be cleaned, one of which is a Tiffany ring, the ring is now ruined!
