RecommendedGreat experience customizing a ring using diamonds I had.
Absolutely awful. My daughter bought me pair of earrings for Christmas. They broke in half. Said I would have to pay for repair and couldn’t exchange for new pair. I would need to pay for new earrings. One week over 90 days. Spoke to manager and there is nothing he will do. Never to return there and will tell everyone I know. Boyers for me. They treat customers right.
Don't go there! I had a necklace under warranty that went from being a free replacement to $180. Depending on who I talked to the price was different. Dishonest people. Even after talking with Kay customer service and with the store manager Rich the problem was never resolved. Rich is poor manager of the store....and I will not be doing any more business with Kay. I cant even give them 1 star for service. Very disappointed!
