BE AWARE OF KAY JEWELERS I took my wedding ring into Kay Jewelers in TH. They inspected the ring and noticed a cracked diamond & 2 diamonds that were discolored, they told me he would have to be sent off for approximately 6 weeks! Dustin and I went to St. Louis and went into a Kay store to purchase a ring bc I am without my wedding ring. We purchased it, but needed to be sized from a 7 to as 4 3/4. I dropped my band off 4 weeks ago for my wedding. When I got it back the associate had sized it down a size and a half too small so my ring could not even fit into it. So I had to send my band AND engagement ring out to fix their mistake. I finally pick it up 2 days before my wedding and there is two diamonds missing from the band that the associate once again overlooked/messed up. I will never do business there again. Worst experience with a jeweler I have ever experienced.
