The initial transaction was awesome but somehow they managed to cancel my order stating that I did not return their calls and my voicemail was full, which was a LIE...I spoke to 2 females on 2 different occasions and assured them I wanted my ring!!! Then even after speaking to David and letting him know I would be picking up my fiancé’s wedding band, they STILL sent the ring back A WHOLE MONTH before my wedding!
