RecommendedThe customer service was exceptional. Very personal as well as being knowledgeable. Made us feel she was truly concerned and interested in us. I drive to the outlet in Shreveport for the great customer service and attention.
Will be calling too make a complaint. While looking at rings, a saleswoman was grossly chewing gum right in my face. Full on talking and smacking. I ignored it until she popped a bubble not one foot from my face and got spit ALL over me. I walked away to look at other stuff and she followed. So I had to tell my fiance we had to leave and I couldn't even walk around alone without her following me. Selection of rings suck too.
The customer service could be way better! They would make more sales! But this isn't my main location, I love the store and ladies at Pierre Bossier Mall,,!!
