ATTENTION: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KAY JEWELERS! I brought my ring in for my 6month check up in December, they informed me that my diamond was loose. They sent my ring in and I got it back about 2 weeks later.... within 2 weeks of having it back my diamond completely fell out. I brought it straight in and haven't seen it since! That was in January!! The woman said I would have it back within 10-14 days, and then they gave me 3 more promise dates (which I had to contact them on every time because no one has kept me in the loo... read more
