After months of window shopping at various stores and internet offerings, i came into Kay looking for a replacement wedding ring for my as ours was lost/stolen 2 years ago. I was helped by Pam and in my initial visit and by Brenna on a secondary trip. These two associates showed tremendous patience and knowledge as I pondered various options for a replacement ring.
