After months of window shopping at various stores and internet offerings, i came into Kay looking for a replacement wedding ring for my as ours was lost/stolen 2 years ago. Amy Saylors is amazing! I was able to get 3 pieces for myself, two gifts, and a new bridal set from Neil Lane. It was my dream ring and it completed my 1 year anniversary!
I’ll probably never go to KAY jewelers in the future.... haven’t had my ring for 4 weeks now and no one told me that they would need to special order a new ring that will fit my finger. So now they finally put in a request and it will take an extra 4 weeks for them to make my ring 🤦🏻♂️.. unbelievable.
The best jewelry store there is love there jewelry and the prices are unbeatable.
These guys don't even deserve this one star. I took a ring in to get the band re-shanked before Christmas & they changed it from a size 4 to a 7! Took it in again to get it fixed, they then made it a 3.5 and the band wasn't even round! It's now over a month later and I have to take my ring in YET AGAIN and have them fix it. Customer service was awful, if it isn't right this time I will be demanding my money back and taking my business to a jeweler who actually knows what they are doing.
