I needed details about ring purchases that our son made at Kay’s so we could post the rings for sale on Facebook. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Diamond, a friend , pretty young lady. She went through extra effort to find exactly the right details to post and attract potential buyers. Thank you Kay’s for employing Diamond.
Not a good experience with this store. They did not know what they were doing. I received a Citizen eco drive watch as a gift and wanted to know if everything was synchronize as far as all the time options that were available and the young lady behind the counter told me she did know how to explain the watch or she didn’t know what she was doing.
Holly was an excellent rep and helped me with all my questions!
