Ryan is absolutely amazing!! I have never been treated more like family by a stranger than we did him. By the time we were done ordering our rings, with a handful of trips back and forth to customize, it’s AMAZING how he was so excited, because we were excited! He’s extremely knowledgeable, and makes whatever you want happen. The sky is the limit for him. 10 out of 10 recommend him for every occasion!
Ryan was very helpful with picking out the best ring and helping us with replacing our ring.
Ryan was wonderful. He was so patient and no pressure. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that we were given the absolute best deal we could possibly get. Our circumstance were different from most as we were looking to replace a meaningful piece. But in the end he ensured we left feeling the same excitement we had all those years ago. Thank you to Ryan and his team! You have no idea the level of appreciation we have!
01/25/2025 11:30AM. This 1 star review is completely justified. DO BETTER! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! My wife and I Drove 2 hours to this location to get her expensive wedding ring inspected and cleaned. The employee inspected the ring and then cleaned, handed the ring back to my wife and when we got back to the car the ring was MISSING A DIAMOND!!! OUTRAGED!! She walked back in and the employee acted like it was no big deal after digging the missing diamond out of the ultrasonic tank, no apologies or explanation. What kind of in... read more
