I really wished that I caught the man's name that helped us earlier today. He had glasses on and had blonde hair. We came in today to have my ring sent out for a prong that needed replaced on my engagement ring. He took his time to inspect both my engagement ring and the band. During our time there, he also interacted with my kids. You can tell how much he cares about his customers and how much he enjoys his job. Ryan was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I will be returning again. Love the work him and his team did for my mom’s mother’s ring. My mom passed in February and it was so hard to leave her ring with them but I’m happy I did.
Very personable staff, knowledgeable, and a real joy to work with.
