Ryan Stark, at the Kay Jewelers in the West Acres shopping center in Fargo, North Dakota was phenomenal when my fiancé and I went there to resize our rings. He took what could have been a generic business encounter and made it an enjoyable and memorable experience. He is witty, fun and excellent at his craft!
