Appointment was quickly scheduled, repairman arrived on time, & quickly fixed the problem. Was very courteous & neat, answered all of my questions in terms I could understand. Will definitely use in the future if the need arises.
They came out and made my problem worse from when they came out. I talked to my brother in law who used to do HVAC work and he said they cut off the heater component and tried to make me buy a new one. Save me $1500 from a thieving company!
