Doctor Hazelett is amazing! I could tell that she genuinely enjoyed removing my cataract. Her enthusiasm when she described the procedure was mesmerizing and informative. The staff was very pleasant and attentive as well. From the front desk clerk to the nurse who measured my eye balls the whole experience was very eye opening. Their jobs are so technical and precise. She has canceled my appointments at the last minute several times even calling to confirm that I will be at the appointment the day before them then calling the day of and cancel just a couple of hours before the appointment she has wasted my time and cost me taking off work for no reason which is hard for me where I am a over the road trucker, if it only happened once or twice I could completely understand but this keeps happening with excuses that are not emergencys, if this kind of action came from her employees how long ... read more
