Kay is amazing. I've been with her for over a decade. She has helped me in so many ways. I have recovered from being VERY ill to becoming as stable as I can be. She is nonjudgmental and professional. Offers suggestions on how to become healthier through diet, meditation, exercise, art, and of course medication to name a few.
