Came out twice and I still have bats, they never came back to get the tube out of my house.
I called them and they refused to come to my house because my roof isn't asphalt shingles it's a tin/metal roof pretty disappointed but it's all good I ended up getting the bat out of the house myself safely and if all else fails I will contact another company to come down and take care of it
They never returned to my property and the bats never left.
