Security and parking people were rude and not helpful at all! Could take lessons from George R Brown in Houston for sure!
Here for volleyball tournament. Not enough seating for spectators and they won't let us bring our own chairs. Also, not enough food vendors. Lines to get food are obnoxious!!!!
Went for Comicon. Things went relatively fine, but when attempting to negotiate a small issue, the KBHCC said the problem was caused by the event, and the event blamed the KBHCC. Oh and the elevator, nearest to the main signing room, was out of order. I had to use the freight elevator. I don't mind using the freight elevator in older buildings, but in newer buldings it makes me, as a disabled person, feel that keeping up the equipment wasnt a big deal since because the elevators are restricted to disabled and strollers only.... read more
This place has a huge. Very clean. And can easily accommodate massive crowds.
My family have been attending the big FanExpo event held here since it moved from Irving & we usually Park in 1 of the lots off of Canton towards the back of the center & we usually enter the center through the back glass doors into the center close to the big assembly auditorium & we were able to this past Friday but Security who were not polite wouldn't allow us to enter on Saturday & Sunday so we had to walk around the entire center outside to get to the front. RecommendedI always enjoy going here. It’s always clean, the bathrooms have attendants, plenty of room for everything!!! Love the walkway to the Omni Hotel.
Always a great place to attend an event! Always clean and the many bathroom locations make it easier if you have small children.
Lots of staff to help get you to right exhibit hall
Good big place in the heart of Dallas. However parking sucks. The only good thing is,it was cheap.
