Enormous building. The staff is very kind and helpful.
Pros: The place was very clean. The staff was very nice, especially the staff attending to the restrooms. They were so friendly. They kept the room temperature cold, which was AWESOME, as my cosplay consisted of heavy layers of robes, and I was not uncomfortably hot! Cons: The food prices were outrageous, as expected, but it didn't even taste decent. Considering the size of the main exhibition areas, the meeting rooms are grossly undersized. I would say I recommend this place only if there is a convention that you want to see here. The food options aren’t very great and a lot of the convention rooms are small, but otherwise it’s fine. It’s also very cold, but I guess that’s good for cosplayers. It will help them to not overheat.
