I recently had an emergency maintenance issue and needed assistance; I called the main line, and the on-call technician, Jose, arrived quickly to resolve the issue. 2024-PRESENT: I would not choose to live here again and warn anyone else looking for a decent place which is sad because we were so hopeful. Biggest concerns: unaddressed pest infestations both in outside complex doing damage to peoples cars and inside apartments, no snow/ice work for apt roads, rude and dishonest tenant treatment, overall poorly maintained.
