Horrible Awful. RUN RUN RUN – Kay Dermatology has two office locations. They scheduled me on a day that the doctor was NOT IN THE OFFICE I asked to be seen in!! As a patient with a history of SEVERE skin cancer I thought they would accomodate my needs and get me in as soon as possible. The office manager Ari did not care about the urgency of my needs. Best Doctor Ever! – This doctor and all his staff are tops. Dr. Kay is an expert and can diagnose quickly. The nurses are great and friendly and really understand me and my concerns. Everyone has been so nice to me. I have been going to Dr. Kay for over 7 years and have NEVER had any experience like the ones I have read here, can't even fathom that they would be talking about the same doctor. HORRIBLE – i have been going, or should i say i was going to kay dermatology for over a decade. these people blew a 10 year relationship with a client down the drain. i always saw marilyn, the esthetician, for monthly cleanings, typically every 6 to 8 weeks. each of these is 105$ out of pocket since insurance doesnt cover it. its a rip off if u ask me becuase u could go to a SPA and get the same facial and massage for half the price. Dr. Kay and staff are top notch!!! – I have been going to Dr. Kay for about 10 years or so due to many dermatological issues with my body and having been quite sick since 2001. I actually have joked with him at times that I wished he was my father since he has taken care of me for such a long time. Losing Your Hair ? – I have been looking so many years for someone (Dr) who could affectively treat my hair loss. They also explained to me (in English) exactly what the medical problem was (and I am also glad the "hair loss process" is reversable). It made so much sense ... I got my prescription filled ... and I am amazed at the positive results !
Scammers. Turn around and run!! – The girl in the front is terribly rude. These guys just want your money. I went in for a "free consultation" that they advertised on their website only to get a bill later and they even charged my insurance!! I was never told about any office visit fees, they just charged me! I've been fighting this and these guys just come back with lies on top of more lies. Caring staff put me at ease – First visit to dermo. I was really nervous, but Dr. Kay and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I was really excited about the laser treatment I received on my face. After 1 treatment, my skin already looks so much better. I can't wait to go back for another fraxel laser treatment.
