Kawkawlin Roofing installed a Carlisle SynTec Systems (membrane type) on our Midland commercial building in 1998, nearly 30 yrs ago. Today, it is in nearly new looking condition with no leaks and no additional maintenance. The standard 10-year warranty has lasted 3 times longer and years of life are still left. It's been the best investment possible.

Straight garbage half the roofs that are put on rigged, alot short cuts don't be surprised if you can't get your roofed warranty, because they don't put it on right they treat there works like when they know more then them racist to anyone that's not white so I would be careful doing business with these people
