Kid went in for regular cleaning on Feb 3. They made another appointment for him 2.5 months later, again for cleaning. And Chad Okuda charged him another $80 for cleaning, not covered by insurance, due to time frame. Called and asked WHY they would split his appointment in 2 and charge TWICE? Oh, because they couldn't finish the first time, due to heavy tartar and lack of time. RIP OFF!!!
The office is very clean and very professional!
Dr Wang is simply the kindest, gentlest and most professional dentist I have ever met. Her staff are so friendly and efficient and the facility is always such a clean, pleasant environment to visit. Especially around Halloween. Extra spooky!
