I’m not one to publicly make lotsa reviews but this is one time i believe it is the right thing to do as we begin a new year. Every holiday the Big Island of Hawaii Kawili Dental office is cheerfully decorated according to the season. 🎃🎅🐰🎄💖You will be happy to have an appointment to the dentist just to see how cheerfully decorated the office is. Kid went in for regular cleaning on Feb 3. They made another appointment for him 2.5 months later, again for cleaning. And Chad Okuda charged him another $80 for cleaning, not covered by insurance, due to time frame. Called and asked WHY they would split his appointment in 2 and charge TWICE? Oh, because they couldn't finish the first time, due to heavy tartar and lack of time. RIP OFF!!!
The office is very clean and very professional!
