Maryanne was our agent, Ethan was a longtime friend who gave his inputs in every property we got and he always advised the best for us , I was hospitalized due to a accident and i wanted to sell this property and they just took care of everything on the home selling process from inspecting the property after current tenant vacating it and advising on small changes to prep for the showing.
