My daughter visited this location recently with her baby. He was visibly in pain, yet the front desk turned her away and said to try a different kaweah health location because they were going to close in a while. We were shocked and appalled at the lack of concern on the stsffs behalf. They're behavior and demeanor seemed very contradicting to the facility's mission statement on website.
Yesterday evening, I brought my wife to Demaree Urgent Care just 15 minutes before closing time. Even though it was late, the entire team welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. I want to especially thank Eevai for her compassion, patience, and dedication. She never made us feel rushed, and she took the time to provide my wife with the care she truly needed, staying with us until 7:30 pm. They were very rude and denied service to my 1 year old nephew who was in severe pain. Said they closed in 15 minutes, as far as I’m concerned they’re supposed to accept patients until they close. I would NOT recommend going there with an urgent matter.
