The Service here is just disgusting, I feel sorry for anyone who comes here in the future
Both career urgent cares are a waste of time unless you go during the day when you can actually make a doctors appointment with an actual doctor not a student. 6:30 PM I called both Court Street and Demaree urgent care and neither of them are taking patients they’re at capacity. Demaree closes at 8 PM in Port Street closes at 9 PM. At 6:45 PM I’m instructed to go to the emergency room. Why have an urgent care if you don’t have an emergency room matter, but need treatment tonight.
Worst urgent care ever! I took my 2 year old there and we waited a while to be seen which we ended up not even seen because when we were up next they called us up for registration then told me they could not see him because my insurance which is anthem blue cross is with family health care network. I don’t understand how is that even an issue but okay. I had to wait all that time with my fuzzy child for them to say nope we can’t see you , not even one time. My experience, bringing my autistic teenager here for a check up because he had ear pain, Fever, And cough was the best I’ve had in a really long time. They were great with him. He never let anybody look in his ear without a fight also swabbed him without a fight. Thank you to the staff and the nurse practitioner who seen my son
This is the best urgent care I’ve been to. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was kind and explained everything clearly. I brought my child here, and every nurse treated him as if he were their own. The doctor did the same, showing genuine compassion and treating my child as if he were his own. You can truly tell this team loves what they do and deeply cares about their patients. I highly recommend this urgent care.
