I went for a visit, however the provider did not even give me any medication. First was in court branch im coughing but the orovider just said drink a lot of water niw i had redness to my eye, and never give any prophylaxis, it already came out from her mouth eye injury . And she said if it worsens go to emergency. That is why i went for an urgent visit.
Im disgusted with the lack of service. My telehealth visit was delayed over an hour after the originally scheduled time. When I called to confirm I was still on the schedule to be seen I was hung up on. When I finally recieved the call from the provider, she refused to help me and stated I would need to come in to be seen when the same symptoms had been treated via telehealth in the past from KDH. My wife cut her hand. Showed up 15 minutes before closing and was sent away. They said have to go to court street urgent care. It seems if you don't have an appointment not getting in. There was no one inside. The lazy MA came out and said you have to go to Court St. This is after we were checked in. She is getting 2 stitches and we were Sent away. That's BS. I went to the urgent care yesterday for a cough with wheezing for one week and was prescribed A steroid inhaler. The nurse practitioner Julie that I saw was great very thorough even had me do an x-ray. However, the problem came when my insurance did not cover the inhaled steroid namebrand. When I called the urgent care the next day to get the generic form of the inhaler sent I was met with much resistance from a nurse named Chrissy And another nurse or front office staff named Jeanette.
