Don’t set an appointment 3rd time here! My appointment was @ 8:15 got here 15 mins early because they tell you to it’s 9:22 now and still haven’t been seen so disappointed stop over booking just to get profit.

Another for-profit medical establishment. They have so many people per hour for one doctor, its ridiculous. The front desk says they aren't allowed to "double-book". They will do if it it means more money in thier bank account. Yet I will wait on a doctor to call me back, and they never do. Don't bother having a primary doctor. They will switch you around, it will make your head spin. The front desk staff it rude and stair right through you when they talk to you. They are slightly better than Altura but not by much.

This was my first time visiting this clinic, and while the experience had some frustrating moments, it is already a much better setup than Family HealthCare Network or United Health Centers. I arrived at 1:50 PM for a 2:00 PM appointment as a new patient. Unfortunately, the front desk didn't actually check my information or verify my file until 2:20 PM, which is when they told me my insurance PCP was still assigned elsewhere. Anthem Blue Cross was absolutely amazing and managed to switch my PCP over the phone by 2:25 PM. The... read more
