Literally waited 6 months to get an appointment. I haven't had a vacation in a year and a half. I saved all my vacation days to come get a vasectomy. My appointment was on Thursday. They called on Monday and said "Woopsy we forgot our Dr is active duty. He's flying out and can't give you surgery. But don't worry we can re schedule you next month. Since you did your consult so long ago and it took so long for us to get you an appointment. We will have to start over. So it should only be another 2-3 months" 0 out of 0 stars. T... read more
Came here as a referral from Veterans Affairs and wasn’t happy. Charged me separately even tho I’m fully covered from the VA. The doctor rescheduled several times before finally getting an appointment and when I would have one he would cancel and change it pushing my appointments even further back.
They are the most caring medical facility I've ever been to in my 64 yrs of life!! I've been going to them for years and their professionalism never changes
