I went to the ER two nights in a row with a red and swollen ankle from what, I didnt know, neither did they. Inwas an employee at the time and my insurance, through the hospital, didnt cover one of the procedures. No one told me Inhad a bill to pay until after I left. I was contacted 8 mos later, told how to handle the bill, which was so intricate and confusing to manipulate the site, I got lost and sent them an email. Now the bill is in collections after one warning. They didnt even know what was wrong and I got billed?

Kaweah's ultra restrictive visitor policies (no doubt driven by over reaching Covid fear) prevented my first visit with my new grandbaby. Ironically, the Front Desk Clerk coughed more than anyone in the lobby.

Too bad they have a stranglehold on health care, this place is one of the worst. Smart ass personnel, non-caring, patients go hungry, lying in bed getting weaker no one to assist in regaining strength, people standing around sucking on Starbucks, visiting with patients waiting.."not my job" attitude everywhere. Doctors doing absolutely nothing towards actual healing or advice to patients.

The staff is very unfriendly and rude, I had multiple different doctors and had a different report each time. I puked on myself because they gave me narcotics and didn’t have any food, they only cleaned up my chin and neck not my back for two hours. They didn’t bring me breakfast one morning even though I was ordered to be on a regular diet, I dealt with a very rude nurse that told me, “I understand you’re in pain honey but I have a lot of other patients and I’m making a lot of phone calls for you” when I was stuck and tremb... read more

The day before my stepdad passed from cancer the nurse deterred my mom from laying with him in his bed. I went when I was 6 months pregnant due to an intestinal blockage, vomiting fluids, unable to pass a bowel, with severe stomach cramps. The ER gave me crackers and juice then sent me home 8 hours later. After I had my child in the hospital the nurse came in for discharge information and I couldn't keep my head up because I was falling asleep due to my colic newborn and childbirth. Emergency room dr win is a horrible dr!! She acts like it’s a bother to ask her questions!!! She rolls her eyes!!! She’s awful!!! I had to ask her if it was problem if she had time and didn’t mind!!!to answer me the nurses on the other hand we’re very good!!! But they couldn’t give me the answers I needed. Only the awful Dr Win in the Emergency room!!!!!!
