It's so difficult to get refills on prescriptions from this location. I explained that I have to go through this every time CenterWell reaches out to them and they never respond. Instead of taking ownership, they make excuses about holiday hours and closure, which is understandable. But, CenterWell has been reaching out the week prior to the holiday. The problem is between this office and CenterWell, not the patient. How difficult is it to have refills for established patients?
