WARNING WARNJNG My klz1000 had a service at 28000kms in early 2022. Paid big money for air filter and plugs . Over $500 . Today 2025 my mechanic is telling me the airfilter is original same as the spark plugs . Bike has never been pulled apart since it left the factory . And calling you today I hear this bs story about how you lost all computer records 2 years ago and nothing is on record. Yet you have other records of friends going back 7 years . My friend and I had a time and date set to look at and possibly pick up a bike she'd been set on for about a week. She had been in contact with them since she'd seen it so on our 1.5hr ride to look at it they'd sold it just before we'd arrived... that is poor customer service and very disappointing. I don't see how they'd make good business after events like this. We're not happy and it was wrong on their part. Not coming back.
