My friend and I had a time and date set to look at and possibly pick up a bike she'd been set on for about a week. She had been in contact with them since she'd seen it so on our 1.5hr ride to look at it they'd sold it just before we'd arrived... that is poor customer service and very disappointing. I don't see how they'd make good business after events like this. We're not happy and it was wrong on their part. Not coming back.
Refunds are not given from this company after there sales team and finance department screwed the sale up. had my wife walk out crying so rude and lie about what was said, I was present no contract drawn up just pay this price don’t know what your paying for no paper work. Canceled the sale due to there bad service follow up and no contact. I will never purchase a bike from this company. My wife feels she have been victimised because she is a woman and let down.
