Called to price some parts was told he would have to call me right back. 3 days later I get a call from the dealer asking fot another person. I tell him who I am and he says ah yes, haven't forgot about you, let me call you right back. We are now 9 days out.
I took my 1998 Kawasaki ZX9R to Kawasaki of Kissimmee for a diagnostic because it would not crank. After they picked it up, the service desk told me they had replaced the starter relay and got the bike running, saying it just needed the engine drained because it had been sitting. When I picked it up, the mechanic told me a completely different story.
