Steve was great to deal with and the installers did a great job.
Very bad experience. The measurements given were over by approximately 420 sq ft compared to my actual space, which is a major discrepancy. I was also asked to pay the full amount before the job was completed, which is not standard practice. Communication was poor and I felt misled throughout the process. I would not trust this company and do not recommend their services.
Not many places take the time to actually match flooring to existing railings and woodwork, but Steve really does. He helped us find a hardwood that works perfectly with our banister and trim. The end result looks custom and high-end. Couldn’t be happier.
