Terri-Lynn at the front desk was very professional. she was super helpful, friendly and answered all my questions she deserves a raise and some recognition.
I opened my first bank account with KCU over 20 years ago, and while the staff are amazing, the bank itself leaves much to be desired. Need to use the bank after work? Good luck. Short hours and locked doors to atms, make banking with them very difficult. They will hit you with DFS fees before the end of the business day, and you're stuck paying that. Just got my new mortgage with Kawartha and Terri was amazing - helped walk us through the entire process, answered all our questions, and really came through for us getting everything wrapped up at the last minute. Will definitely recommend her to others I know looking to get a new mortgage!
