I’m a new customer at the lansdowne branch and I have really loved all of my experiences so far. From day to day banking to loans and more complex issues, they have been very helpful. Terri-Lynn is always a helpful and friendly face at the front desk and all of the associates I’ve spent time with have been great. My most recent visit with Natasha was quick, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend seeing them for all of your banking needs.

This bank is horrible had opened an account for my son when he was born put money into his savings account never thought much of it. Then they call me 3 years after the account went dormant and after three years of taking out monthly fees for it being dormant called one time I was busy at work then they waited another 2 years to call me back to explain this when I went and spoke with them they was very rude and short, I highly suggest never using this bank ever
Terri-Lynn at the front desk was very professional. she was super helpful, friendly and answered all my questions she deserves a raise and some recognition.
I opened my first bank account with KCU over 20 years ago, and while the staff are amazing, the bank itself leaves much to be desired. Need to use the bank after work? Good luck. Short hours and locked doors to atms, make banking with them very difficult. They will hit you with DFS fees before the end of the business day, and you're stuck paying that.
