So very disappointed...I have been a client for the past 27 years!!! My son had an account since he was 5. We would not use it much so had to have it reactivated a few times when he got bday money or xmas money. He just turned 17 and got his 1st part time job. We go to the bank to get his account up and running again and they tell me it's closed. He needs photo ID and it CAN"T be a health card. We have birth certificate and a photo health card.
