Bad appsz bad service. They charge the most and take the longest. Now they're worried about expanding outside of the kawarthas more than serving existing ones. All the bad things of a big bank and all the bad things of a small credit union. Fees on fees as well. Go somewhere else

We got our mortgage for our first home through Kawartha Credit Union and it was a very easy process. We worked with Donna and she was very helpful getting everything we needed sorted out quickly and efficiently.
I have to give them one star, due to past thing where some person used my name and fake check and they acted like it was my fault because they force me to factory reset on my phone which end up locking my phone so I couldn't used it anymore... and told me if it happens again they take online banking away from me....... one it was the first time it happened I could understand it if was third time....... but really they need to understand too scammers do these kind of things...... not blame the client of it.
