I’ve been a patient for more than 8 years. Dr Kawano and his staff are ALWAYS friendly, professional, and thorough in their treatments and procedures. I’d give them 6 stars if it was an option.

Expensive Mistake I have been to Dr. Kawano a couple of times. I felt like he was trying to talk me into services that I didn't really need. Such as he suggested a deep root cleaning, also he told me there was no difference in price between metal and porcelain filling so I opted for porcelain . When I got the bill it was $150 more than I was quoted. When I called they said he never told me there was no difference, my insurance wouldn't pay the difference so I had to. Needless to say I haven't been back.
Thorough & professional, yet friendly and relaxed enivironment. Outstanding attention to his patient's comfort and excellent attention to detail. I've had crown work done by other dentists over the years and had "fit problems" afterwards, when it came to flossing . Dr. Kawano does outstanding work and his attention to detail assured a perfect fit, feel and look to the crown work recently completed. My children and I were patients of Dr. Kawano for over 10 years until we moved out of the area. In my 60 plus years, he is the best dentist i ever had. He is wonderful with children. He explains everything thoroughly. I never once had even a teeny bit of pain when he administered my shots. I remarked to him once he was the best shot-giver i had ever come across.
