Kimberly in Scheduling was absolutely wonderful. She helped me coordinate an appointment change for my daughter and was patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire call. She clearly explained the scheduling policy without making me feel rushed or frustrated. Since the move to the Alpharetta office, I’ve missed some of the warmth I experienced at the Northside location, so Kimberly’s excellent customer service truly stood out. She is a great asset to the practice! As you know we would follow Dr. Clay anywhere.
Dr. Clay is very friendly and courteous. She put in an IUD for me and took it out later. She's gentle and caring. I did not feel rushed. She addressed my questions and her staff is great, too. I recommended her to one of my friend who needs her IUD taken out also.
Dr. Clay is the best ! Very professional and attentive . Always listens to your concerns and needs.
