I’ve only been to Kawaii Salon & Spa twice — only for Japanese gel manicure and pedicure. The second time I went, I went to get the gel manicure off because my right thumb nail broke in half and was hanging on for dear life. Thankfully the nail technician fixed it, after another nail technician intervened to advise her.
