I wish I could provide a picture on how dissapointing my nails look. My pinky nail is crooked and elevated. My cuticles are absolutely damaged as if I just hadn't got my nails done. The sides of my nails have cuts all over them. I paid more than $120 for a shit service.

I’ve only been to Kawaii Salon & Spa twice — only for Japanese gel manicure and pedicure. The second time I went, I went to get the gel manicure off because my right thumb nail broke in half and was hanging on for dear life. Thankfully the nail technician fixed it, after another nail technician intervened to advise her. The nail technician I had supposedly didn’t speak good English (in her words), but she seemed to understand most of what I said (or she was pretending the whole time, I don’t know — because she was also answe... read more
