you need to get your customer service in order, to be honest you need to get your company in order. you have fallen extremely far from the person and company we started from, I will never do anymore business with you or your company. you took our check and couldn't provide the title until after the temporary tag had expired. truck in for service oil cap left off. truck in for parts. picked up coolant over full, pulley noisy, next day brought back with noise after new noise. have for a week no response, weekend comes and goes... read more
Aaron and Micah were always very helpful to me when I brought my truck in.
Owner Aaron can't return phone calls to save his life. Very dissapointed in this shop. Was going to trade trucks before with them but claimed he had to renogatiate cause my head gasket was going out. It was injectors, he didn't know the difference i guess. Wanted help with another truck and still no service
Poor qualities of work , poor customer service just an all around poor Business . But if you want used injector put in your truck and them to keep it for 5 weeks they are the guys !
I would suggest that someone give my husband Travis a call immediately this company is a crook the work they said was done was not performed they scanned him out of $2,900 to do nothing said the broken parts were in the bed of his truck however Aaron is a liar they were not there and now nobody will return a phone call matter of fact the owner is even shut his phone off to avoid his screw up very very very unprofessional
