These people are AMAZING! I accidentally broke the buckle of my rope sling bag (best bag ever) in a car door. Not only did they give me a free replacement buckle and sticker, but because I live locally, multiple people and many emails got it to me at a time that worked well for a crazy schedule. Talk about good customer service!!
