As I suspected the o rings that are needed to replace on the 703 motors were discontinued and only the air motor rings made. so we go from a .80 cent o ring to the only one available now that are more then $23 for one ring. 3 necessary for handpiece. I love the corporate greed

I just had a terrible interaction with a customer service representative at Kavo US. When I questioned why a handpiece warranty repair is not warrantied work she gave me a lesson on car warranties and said she should know as she drives cars. The repair under warranty lasted 7 months, just long enough for the original warranty to expire. A repair done under warranty does not hold a warranty, whereas a paid repair holds a 1 year warranty. I will avoid any future interactions with Kavo and their products.

This is becoming ridiculous where every time Windows update happens on the computer, sensor stops working. and apparently Tech Support hours on the website 8am to 8pm are incorrect and tech support is open until 5:30 EST which means it's impossible to trouble shoot and fix things since dental offices are open until 5:30/6. It's beyond unacceptable considering sensors are a vital part of dental practice and you guys charge so much money for them, but support is not available after hours
