I just had a terrible interaction with a customer service representative at Kavo US. When I questioned why a handpiece warranty repair is not warrantied work she gave me a lesson on car warranties and said she should know as she drives cars. The repair under warranty lasted 7 months, just long enough for the original warranty to expire. A repair done under warranty does not hold a warranty, whereas a paid repair holds a 1 year warranty. I will avoid any future interactions with Kavo and their products.
This is becoming ridiculous where every time Windows update happens on the computer, sensor stops working. and apparently Tech Support hours on the website 8am to 8pm are incorrect and tech support is open until 5:30 EST which means it's impossible to trouble shoot and fix things since dental offices are open until 5:30/6. It's beyond unacceptable considering sensors are a vital part of dental practice and you guys charge so much money for them, but support is not available after hours
i sent them too repair my handpice Kavo.they did not do anything.then when i call them the guy from rpair take the call i explained to him the situation.then he dont ugree with me then say cool down chill out and hangup the phone.wowwwww very dispointed im not recomedning this guys too anyone.they just careless for customers.just take your money and dont care for anything.without quality work then hangup really?please do not do buisness with this guys ever again.i will report them to BBB.
